As part of the organization of this competition, the organizer is required to collect and process personal data concerning the participants. Failing to have provided all the data requested in the application form — principle of consent — participation in the contest will not be retained.
In this context, the organizer is required to set up a processing of personal data, in compliance with the European Regulation known as the General Data Protection Regulation / GDPR and the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, to the sole end of participation in the competition, communication with participants and laureates, management of laureates, awarding of the Prize, exploitation of the photographs of the laureates and to satisfy the legal and regulatory obligations which are imposed on the organizer.
Personal data is exclusively intended for the City of Levallois and the Galerie Le Réverbère.
Personal data is kept by the organizer for a period of 3 years after the contest. Only the personal data of the winners will be kept for archival or historical research purposes.
In accordance with the applicable regulations above, participants have a right of access, rectification, erasure of personal data concerning them, a right to limit processing, as well as a right to opposition to the processing of data concerning them.
